Ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning. 4 bedrooms all with ceiling fans, bathroom with vanity, walk in shower, separate w/c. DOWNSTAIRS: Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, gas stove top, oven, microwave, Breville Nespresso coffee machine (BYO pods), dining area, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, lounge area with TV, DVD, Foxtel, ceiling fan. Laundry with top loading washing machine, 2nd fridge/freezer, 2nd bathroom with vanity, walk in shower and w/c. Outdoor setting, gas bbq, plenty of parking for cars and boats. No smoking NO PETS - this includes visiting pets, any pets sighted at property will result in loss of bond PLEASE NOTE: There is a 500 refundable bond that will be added to your booking. This is payable direct to the Host and will be refunded 7-10 Business days after departure, if there are no damages/problems. Bond may increase during peak season.
