Since the redevelopment and re-opening in August 2016, Munro Martin Parklands, (MMP), has quickly become a locals favourite to experience ballet, contemporary music, new circus and Christmas pantomimes. The green proscenium stage is the largest of its kind in Australia and creates a perfect place to experience the arts under a tropical sky. The Parklands boast stunning tropical plantings and an open-air plaza to encourage casual use of the facility. Enjoy a picnic with friends, or find creative inspiration by wandering the vine-covered pergolas and arbours. The park is open 8am to 6pm, seven days a week except for ticketed event days.
