There is an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area, high chair and porta cot and the property is air conditioned and gas heated. A chest freezer, top load washing machine, two televisions, two DVD players, video and stereo are provided. There is an enclosed rear yard with lawn, swings, carport and a shaded sandpit for the kids. A fish cleaning area, sheltered outdoor dining area with a flat barbecue. Pets by arrangement only (AUD200.00 refundable bond applies per pet). Two night minimum stay applies.
