They are completely refurbished in a bland of old and new with mainly antique furnishings. Gli Archi and Le Giare are equally composed set in the same construction, but completely indipendent, each one has sleeps up to 6. Ground floor: entránce hall with kitchen arch to an open plan sitting/dining room with fireplace. Traditional living room, single bedroom and a bathroom with shower.Upper floor: master double bedroom, twin bedroom and a bathroom with bath and shower. Il Portico has sleeps up to 3, kitchen with sitting/dining room and a big bathroom. From the dining area french windows open onto a porch with chairs, ideal spot for relaxing. Each property has its own garden, partly with attracting stone paving and partly lowned with natural trees.Swimming pool external: 6 mt./12 mt. Descrizione (italiano): L'Casale di contadini fine "800, con giardino di 3.000 mq, con cipressi ed adiacente uliveto.Il vecchio forno ancora attivo, ed un'ampia area attrezzata nel giardino con tavoli e sedie, per organizzare grigliate sul barbecue, ed assaporare i prodotti locali.All'interno del parco, una piscina di mt. 7x15 profonda mt. 1,2/1,8 con ampie zone di verde è a disposizione degli ospiti.Unico alloggio, con una grande cucina, ben attrezzata, arredata con mobili in stile country, un ampio salone, con un antico camino ad angolo, per scaldare l'atmosfera in una giornata invernale.Un bel tavolo fratino di tre metri, permette di mangiare comodamente nella zona pranzo.La loggia con vista panoramica vi permette invece in estate di mangiare all'aperto.Gli ambienti riservati alla zona notte sono così composti:Una camera matrimoniale, con bagno privato.Tre camere matrimoniali e due bagni, con la possibilità di inserire un letto singolo in ogni camera, così da raggiungere dieci/undici posti letto.Arredato con mobili d'epoca, con porte e finestre originali abilmente restaurate. Gli appartamenti:I tre appartamenti: Gli Archi (mq 110), Le Giare (mq 110), Il Portico (mq 45) sono stati ricavati da un antico fienile ottocentesco, completamente ristrutturati, dotati di tutti i servizi, nel pieno rispetto dello stile dei vecchi casolari toscani di un tempo. Gli archi e le Giare sono due appartamenti di ugual composizione, da 5/6 posti letto, disposti su di un'unica struttura ma totalmente indipendenti (su eventuali richieste possono anche essere uniti data la loro comunicanza).Ciascun appartamento è collocato su due piani e così composto: cucina in muratura, tinello con camino, soggiorno con salotto, un bagno con doccia e una cameretta singola. Attraverso una scalinata si accede al reparto notte del piano superiore: due ampie camere (una doppia e una matrimoniale), un ulteriore bagno con doccia e vasca. Il Portico è un bilocale da 2/3 posti letto, angolo cottura con soggiorno, una camera e un bagno con doccia, idoneo a soddisfare le esigenze dei disabili.L'Agriturismo dispone di piscina esterna, 6 mt./12 mt.
