( both retired airline crew members with over 30 years of world roaming ) that will put at your disposal all their experience and affableness to grant you the best of stays.
Our home " Alle tre Magie " is situated in a residential quarter called " Casal Palocco " at a 12 minute drive from " EUR " in Rome and just 5 minutes away from the lovely beaches of the " Lido di Ostia ". We are located at the border line of the famous pine woods of Castel Fusano. The essence of the pine trees acts as a frame to the scent of the sea.
Our house stands on two floors: a large living room is situated on the ground floor with a cosy fireplace and the breakfast area for the cold season. During the warm season, breakfast may be served, if you please, under a porch outside, surrounded by plants and flowers of our ample and green garden.

(erano due naviganti che per trent'anni hanno girato il mondo) e metteranno a Vostra disposizione tutta la loro esperienza ed affabilita' per garantirVi il piu' piacevole dei soggiorni.
La nostra casa "Alle tre Magie" e' situata in un quartiere residenziale chiamato "Casal Palocco" a 12 minuti dall'Eur, ed a 5 minuti dalle splendide spiagge del Lido di Ostia e del nuovissimo porto di Roma. Siamo alle falde della bellissima e famosissima pineta di Castel Fusano. Il profumo dei pini fa' da cornice alla salsedine marina.
La nostra casa si sviluppa su due livelli : al piano terra si trova un grande salone dove e' stata ricavata, oltre un bel caminetto, anche la zona per la prima colazione invernale. ( In estate saremo lieti di servirVi il breakfast in un portico all'aperto tra fiori, piante ed un ampio verdissimo giardino).
