| Apartament/Appartamenti | Umbria | | The Country House is placed in the Centre of a D.O.C. wine producing Farm and hunting forbidden Estate situated in the quite and panoramic Tiber Valley, which operative hearth is the FATTORIA SPINOLA, the owner's home.
The Estate is about 130 hectares wide, but only 100 are cultivated (wheat, sugar beet, tobacco and 12 hectars of vineyards). The grapes produced are brought to a Wine Producer Association where a very nice typical white wine (Grechetto) and a red Doc wine (Sangiovese), are made and sold in the Farmhouse.
The Country house and its dependence which forms the Agriturismo "I Mori Gelsi" are placed in the heart of cultivated fields, close to an hill of vineyards. It is surrounded by a fully fenced private garden with swimmng pool (5x10), fruit trees, aromatic herbs and flowers. The country house has been vertically divided into two big Apartments, while the dependence is formed by one little independent unit. Furthermore, each apartment has a private wooden lighted gazebo in the garden to enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners. At their arrival the guests will find on the kitchen table a "welcome basket" with the necessary for their breakfast (tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, sugar, marmalade, honey), two bottles of the Farm wine, an home made salami and fresh eggs.

| | La Casa Colonica ed il suo annesso si trovano all'interno di una Azienda Agricola e vitivinicola D.O.C., della quale la FATTORIA SPINOLA ne è il centro operativo ed abitazione del Proprietario.
L'Azienda Agricola Faunistico-Venatoria ha un'estensione di circa 130 ettari, ma solo 100 sono coltivabili. Si produce grano, barbabietole, tabacco, e 12 ettari sono a vigneti, le cui uve vengono conferite ad una Cantina Sociale per essere trasformate in Sangiovese D.O.C. (rosso) e Grechetto (bianco tipico della zona), ed etichettate con il marchio della FATTORIA SPINOLA.
In un appezzamento dietro la Fattoria, inoltre, in estate viene piantato un esteso orto "biologico" del quale oltre che i proprietari, possono usufruire gratuitamente anche gli ospiti. Nella coltivazione dello stesso non vengono impiegati nessun tipo di prodotti chimici...solo acqua e sole!
La struttura ricettiva si trova al centro di un appezzamento coltivato ed a ridosso di una collina di vigneti. Ha un giardino privato recintato con piscina di 5x10mt.
Alberi da frutto, piante aromatiche, roseti e cespugli fioriti ne completano il paesaggio.
Il casale principale è stato diviso verticalmente in due spaziosi appartamenti di circa 140mq. ciascuno, mentre l'annesso colonico è composto da un unico appartamentino indipendente di circa 55mq. A ciascuna unità, inoltre, è stata fornita una pergola con illuminazione in giardino per potersi godere indisturbati pranzi e cene all'aperto.
I clienti al loro arrivo troveranno sul tavolo della cucina un "cesto del benvenuto" nel quale ci sarà tutto l'occorrente per la prima colazione (latte, caffè, tè, biscotti, marmellata, miele di Torgiano), nonchè due bottiglie di vino della Fattoria, uova fresche se disponibili, un salame nostrano.

Besides , with the next opening of the station of Mini Metrò, placed to few meters from domo, customers will have the possibility of reaching in very little minutes the historical centre of Perugia, that is far about 5 minutes of car from us.

· The Conference Room is a polifunzionale room, studied to satisfy the various requirements of the customer. Therefore, this meeting room can be a perfect place for coffee break and aperitif, reading, study and relax with the possibility of projecting films thanks to a functional projection system and to Home Theater. Making a catering service is possible on demand.
· The little Spa that is in the hotel boasts a striking idro-massage swimming pool realized in stone with a beautiful waterfall and dominated by an original star covering. Are present also a spacious Swedish sauna and a tapis roulant, placed in front of an LCD TV which projects ways and images.
· At disposal of the Customer, who must feel "as at home" (from here the term “Housing”) there are a spacious garden and a relaxing ZEN TERRACE, inspired to Eastern cultures.
